Thanks for the opportunity to recommend Scott Pauli's professional qualifications, knowledgeable experience and structured work habits as a successful Construction Manager and Owner's Authorized Representative. It was a pleasure working with Scott Pauli on LAUSD's E-Rate, Safety & Technology, BB.Bond and Measure K Technology Modernization construction projects. While working with Scott, I watched him successfully complete all project assignments as a Network Engineer, Field Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager and Owner's Authorized Representative for District 8. Whether Scott was wearing a flannel shirt and work boots performing Q/A Inspections of one of his assigned construction sites, or in his office reviewing contractor drawing submittals in a coat and tie, Scott always performed and completed all daily job responsibilities in a knowledgeable, professional, proactive manner. With his accumulation of professional training and knowledgeable construction management experience, I believe Scott Pauli would definitely be a positive addition and valuable asset to any organization's Construction Management Group or Staff of Owner's Authorized Representatives. Respectfully submitted Michael J. Tinsley 949.500.7688
