  As a Process Engineer in injection molding, my role is to develop new processes using scientific molding, monitor and improve stability of actual processes to ensure consistancy from part to part (process and part capability studies) , support production in troubleshooting when necessary, assist quality department to solve quality issues or customer complains, propose and work on continuous improvement projects. I am also able to help and support production on Sonic Welding process development and troubleshooting. As a project engineer, my role is to coordinate different tasks in order to satisfy the customer with the production of parts on time and according to the schedule. This position allows me to follow the project from start (Review part function, scheduling, Review tool drawings, PFMEA, Sampling, Review FAI report) to the production hand off after 1st part approval. I make sure that all deliverable are submitted according to customer requirement. Show less
