Financing includes Site Acquisition/Refinance, Construction Finance and Residual Stock financing facilities between $3 million - $25 million. Founded by Directors with long careers in Investment Banking/Risk Management and Real Estate Development, Solido Capital has a deep understanding of key development risks and collaboratively manages these alongside our developer clients. Since inception in June 2016, Solido has written over $200 million in First Mortgage development finance loans. All loans due for repayment have been repaid along with all interest and fees. Solido is not a mortgage broker, we are the ultimate lender to developers utilising our own funds. We also offer the opportunity for co-investment from wholesale investor partners, family offices and institutions, however we always retain a minimum of 25% stake in each loan to ensure we maintain strategic alignment and common focus with our co-investors.
