I joined the ANZ Bank in 1984 as a Teller for one year, then I got promoted to Consumer Lending Officer's Assistant from October 1986 to 2015. Customer Service Officer 1984-2015. All above roles included the role of daily Customer Service Officer and became very experienced across this field. I always maintained quality service, advising and resolving issues and complaints throughout my entire Banking Career. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the needs of Customers which I built a great repour with. This to me was a major priority. Show less
