  Manager xsel is somewhat akin to the role of principal in a secondary school. The virtual delivery of selective schooling curriculum and the participation of students and teachers from scores of sites across western NSW requires quite a bit of organisational structural support. Gifted and talented students, appropriate curriculum and teacher development with the technology which enables it is my focus.
