Pauline is an expert in her field, she is extremely knowledgeable and competent in the field of health and social care. She keeps her knowledge skills and competence up to date and as such is the go to person for her own employer and many other employers in the sector. She has been told in the past that the teaching resources she designs are 'award worthy' and I would completely agree! The training courses that she writes from scratch as well as the teaching and learning materials she creates, are some of the best I have ever seen in the health and social care sector. Her skills and abilities as a trainer are outstanding! The feedback and testimonials she has received from learners who have attended her courses has been exemplary. She has a strong background and understanding of quality procedures and protocols, quality management and awarding body and end point assessment requirements. Her attention to detail and commitment to her work and the adult care sector is second to none. She understands the needs of the sector and how to support employers to work towards an outstanding CQC inspection report. She is professional, diligent and hard working. I had the pleasure of working with Pauline for over 7 years and would employ her again in a heartbeat. She would make an exceptional, Sector lead, head of centre, or head of learning and development. Anyone looking for training, I would recommend Pauline's training courses. You will not be disappointed

Pauline is dedicated to the development of others, her passion for good practice and working with people to achieve their potential is clear. She is exceptionally good at supporting others to think through scenarios and come up with solutions and is always available for support and guidance. I have been lucky enough to work with Pauline in a number of roles and companies over the years and she truly is an asset to any team. She is highly motivational and ensures a good moral in her team.
