  Leiden International Centre (LIC) is a non-profit organisation assisting internationals on every step of their journey upon arrival in the Leiden region. My tasks include: - Creating, writing, and distributing regular newsletters. - Researching, writing, and scheduling social media content for LIC's Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts. - General website maintenance using a CMS, including updating web pages and writing new content, from articles to event pages. - Event organisation, from information sessions about the Dutch healthcare system and tax system, to LIC's regular social events. - Representing LIC at expat fairs, providing information on LIC as an organisation and on living in the Leiden region as an international. - Providing internationals with more information on living in the Netherlands at our helpdesk, during in-person appointments and walk-in hours.
