I have had the privilege of attending one of Paulina’s creative leadership courses while we worked together at Pernod Ricard. The course was both enlightening and invaluable. It showed me how creative I truly was and taught me how to deal with uncertainty through critical thinking from various perspectives. Creativity is a 21st century skill that everyone needs and will benefit from continuing to develop - even if you good at it! I’m grateful to Paulina for sharing her expertise in creativity, facilitation and innovation with me and the wider Pernod Ricard team.

Paulina and I worked together most recently when I was Head of Innovation at Ikabo and she was in her consultancy business, Paulina Larocca Creative Catalyst. We brought Paulina in to share her comprehensive understanding of the science of creative problem solving and how it drives innovation. Paulina did a great job deepening the team's already substantial knowledge in the area and she linked in to real business outcomes. Prior to that I worked with Paulina when she was the Director of Innovation and Creativity at Pernod Ricard. I attended her Creative Leadership School, Th!nk, and it changed how I saw and understood creativity and the creative problem solving process, and it opened my eyes to endless applications, both personally and professionally. We also had the pleasure to work together on innovation projects. Paulina has a real gift for communicating and generating creative innovations that are commercially viable. I would welcome the chance to work with Paulina on anything creative or innovation related.

Paulina is deeply knowledgeable in the area of creativity and is capable of directing this knowledge to unlock innovation in individuals and their organisations. Paulina has proven success in practical creativity programs that changes mindsets, and drives new behaviour that delivers value. Her focus on the science of innovation and how this relates to leadership is fascinating. Paulina champions creative problem solving, with a passion to impart this knowledge to others. Paulina is a published author and her book Creativity + is a toolkit no modern leader should be without. If you get the opportunity to work with Paulina, opt in immediately!
