Assist other CSMs as needed. -Verify with Operations that work orders were outstanding invoices; ensure all invoices are consistent with authorized expenditures if applicable. -Respond to tenants/Ops team afterhours regarding work/projects needing to be performed. -Maintain the Pipeline documentation inclusive of addresses, names, activities, sales status. -Special projects as assigned by department management.
