-Focus on growing the sales and profitability of PBM in all markets including new building/project acquisitions, recurring and one-time tenant sales. -Translate client needs into marketable service enhancements; work with management to design, implement & promote new features and services to the company’s portfolio. -Accountable for individual and group strategic sales and sales growth targets both for monthly and annual quotas. -Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards. Assist other CSMs as needed. -Verify with Operations that work orders were outstanding invoices; ensure all invoices are consistent with authorized expenditures if applicable. -Respond to tenants/Ops team afterhours regarding work/projects needing to be performed. -Maintain the Pipeline documentation inclusive of addresses, names, activities, sales status. -Special projects as assigned by department management.
