  I first came to the grauer school as a long term substitute covering two different teachers taking their paternity leaves of 4 weeks back to back. For the first 4 weeks I was teaching Algebra 1 to 8th and 7th graders, Algebra 2 to 8th and 9th graders, and Physics to 12th graders. For the second 4 week session, I was teaching Chemistry to 10th graders and Marine Biology to 11th Graders. During my time as a substitute, the school had a math teacher position open up and I accepted the job offer. Since then, I have been teaching Intro To High School math to 8th graders, Algebra 1 to 9th graders, and Algebra 2 to 10th and 11th graders. In addition, I have been teaching a Study Skills class to the middle schoolers and have been a one-on-one education mentor with a handful of students. Show less
