Ensure policy compliance by all personnel and students. • Gather, collate, maintain and analyze institutional data required for reports. Develop mechanisms for gathering/collating institutional data where it doesn’t exist. Assists with the academic effectiveness and quality assurance processes including, annual review of curriculum, course outlines, program reviews, experiential learning, Program Advisory Committees, student course feedback surveys, faculty onboarding and performance review: • Support internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of the College’s quality assurance processes, including but not limited to: annual curriculum review, program review, course outlines, experiential learning, etc. • Supports program curriculum revisions by working with academic leads, faculty, external content experts and industry committees, where appropriate. • Assist in the tracking and progress of the program review 3-year implementation plans for Academic Leads and program areas.
