I had a pleasure to hire and work with Paulina and I appreciated her attitude and integrity both in good and in very difficult moments. When the operations were stable, Paulina always came with constructive feedback for improvements. When we were working under pressure to meet customer’s expectations and to mitigate the emergency situation, we could count on her persistency in delivering the service even if the support included the visit on customer’s premise.
