  In this role, I was recruited to build the IHMS system from the ground up with program structuring and implementation of all operational departments/modules, including Purchasing, Scheduling, Accounting, and Sales for a building enterprise that completes up to 250 major residential projects annually. With my background in field operations management, I was able to transfer actionable insights to key office stakeholders with direct management of two team members, oversight of 15 project managers, and direction for three accounting personnel. I oversee all daily resources, including budget creation, vendor relations, and contract pricing to streamline and effectively execute residential construction logistics.

  My initial position with Rodrock Homes enabled me to deliver progressive oversight to logistical operations in support of residential build projects totaling $500MM, closing up to 50 homes per year. I provided direct supervision to onsite subcontractors and vendors, including construction, engineering, framing, electrical, plumbing, etc. With coordinated product delivery, timelines, scheduling, and quality approvals, I was able to to steer each project successfully from conceptualization to conclusion. In addition, I met with homeowners throughout the project and upon closing to relay important progress updates and assist with the 1 yr. warranty setup.

  As the owner and founder of Gregg Homes, I drove new home design, construction, and remodel projects with full responsibility for homeowner relations, vendor management, estimation, team leadership, business growth, and regulatory compliance. Our annual project queue included successfully completing up to 15 new homes with overall supervision from start to finish, including on-site operations oversight for safety, quality control, and code compliance. I sold completed homes with a Kansas Real Estate License from 2002 to 2006.
