We work as partners with our customers to help identify threats and use our skills and expertise to better manage those threats. Alongside the ongoing challenges of integrating new acquisitions, my core responsibilities are overseeing our day-to-day operations and managing our HR function. In this work I draw on my considerable experience in logistics, training and business management prior to entering the security sector, as well as on my experience in security training and my technical knowledge of security equipment and systems. Business development and strategy are also major aspects of my role, and I take real pleasure in working with both new and existing clients to devise innovative security solutions and discover new ways to support and protect them, using our whole gamut of services. My major achievements in this role include the smooth integration of nine acquired businesses into Threat Protect since 2008, and the successful streamlining and amalgamation of systems, software, assets and, most importantly, personnel into a single, cohesive and efficient business.
