It was a pleasure to work with Paul over the last 2 years in the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) project for Janssen. Paul is organized, composed, and has tremendous experience in his field. He always puts 100% into his projects. While working with my team, Paul helped us to organize a tremendously challenging effort to migrate Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls data into our RIM application. We encountered set backs in almost every stage of the project, including data gather, data harmonization, migration, validation and verification after migration. Paul helped my team to clearly articulate where challenges were being encountered, create plans to standardize processes and resolve issues, and identify roles and responsibilities. In addition, Paul created trackers to ensure smooth handoffs of responsibilities between roles and facilitated meetings to meet timelines and move the project forward. Due to Paul’s efforts, the project moved from a very manual, resource intensive effort to something that could be clearly defined and maintained. I greatly appreciated his assistance and know that he will be a tremendous asset to any project that he is involved with.
