At Integrity Wireless whenever Paul and I set out a goal for the team they would go above the goal every time. At Best Buy he was instrumental in helping me get the team up to speed on T-Mobile and working with the team there to drive towards the goals we set. I looked forward to working with Paul at both locations as I could count on him to align with goals then aggressively pursue them.
