I’ve worked for Paul when he was FD for our Digital division and our Director of Financial Control. There are very few people you work with in your career that leave an ever-lasting impact on you and Paul is one of those people! He is highly capable, intelligent, technical, commercial, analytical and committed but more importantly is a great leader, understands people, genuinely cares about them and knows how to get the best out of them. Always calm under pressure, highly effective in leading transformational change and building lasting high performing teams. Any organisation would be lucky to have him and I’ll miss working with him.
