I have worked with Paul over several years. First time was when he was providing hands on coaching to our line operators in Nigeria. His objective was train operators on high speed lines to increase line OEE in as short a time as possible. This he did successfully. Several years later and as a direct result of the good work he did previously, he was asked to go to Nigeria to help develop our distribution warehouse managers in several locations in Nigeria. Again, this was achieved over several months. In my opinion, Paul is an excellent front line development manager.

Paul has carried out a couple of projects for me when I was MD of SIG Ireland, in 2014 he helped us to reorganise our 2 warehouse facilities to allow us time to look for a new facility to service the Ireland marketplace, Paul was Project Manager working with 2 junior colleagues & our management team to deliver improved storage capacity through 5S & workplace organisation and his team improved communications by installing accountability at the operations management level and realigning our stock profile. In 2017 he helped us out with reorganising our new NDC at Ballymount, zoning our product groups & laying out the facility to improve service to our site & trade counter customers.
