I had the pleasure of working with Paula-Kaye at Time, Inc. She was a key member of the team setting and driving online and offline acquisition marketing strategies to meet subscription revenue goals. She worked across several brands, bringing together and directing multiple cross-functional teams to execute campaign strategies. I was most impressed with her ability to persuasively communicate her strategic vision to gain the support of key stakeholders and senior leadership to implement her ideas and to thrive in ambiguity. She successfully launched two new programs for the division: the Black Friday campaign and Southern Living's loyalty program. I strongly recommend Paula-Kaye.
