  Marketing designer and content manager: Created and led design direction for Onesource Audio brand positioning, look and voice of the company. Collaboratively redesigned a refreshed logo with an outside fellow designer. Then solely designed print collateral such as business cards and fliers along with a responsive Wordpress site. Set up and produced company's social media pages and imagery. Currently manage and organize marketing content gained from event photographers and other sources within the company group. Make weekly updates to social media pages to keep followers engaged while utilizing Facebook/Instagram boosts and ads to gain new followers and promote the business locally. Achievements: • Refreshed the Onesource Audio WordPress site to gain a more professional presence and clear information based on the services they provide. While ensuring images and content met online requirements for speed optimization and responsive mobile use. • Organized over 200+ image assets that had been collected over time from various events and clients.   Lead design role for in house design department:Executed, facilitated and organized marketing concepts, new home page deliverables and email marketing, while working along side design team, creative manager and marketing department. Coordinated product imagery along with photo shoot set up and conducted product photos for PsPrint’s e-commerce site. Delivered video and motion graphic assets for new homepage promotional video, online tutorials and other site video content. Restructured department SOPs and work flow utilizing inMotionNow, Trello and Jira project managing tools. Oversaw, gave feedback and led a team of 5 designers to assist in maintaining design quality, deadlines, company branding through stages of critique.During this time, it was a challenging transition within the company as branding was taking a turn towards the Deluxe corporation acquisition. I adapted quickly to the vast changes and took on a role that also trained new employees across state and over seas.Achievements:• A complete redesign of the homepage, mobile site, product pages, landing pages, cart and design tool were our biggest challenge as a team. I had a large part in assisting the creative manager with a new look and feel, various comp/mockup designs and usability testing.• As the site was getting this make over, I proposed that we take real product photos for the new site. Myself and fellow design colleague designed faux artwork and had real products printed to shoot on site. With over 200 products this was a new challenge in it self, but it raised company revenue as customers were now able to see the real quality in the printed products that were available.• Improved project/department efficiency to accommodate growing workload and challenging deadlines while still maintaining a fun, creative environment within the first year following my promotion to Senior Designer.
