Jupiter Surf Report is a daily pictorial regional surf report website that was started for fun to learn more about online marketing. Daily posts were discontinued due to a web cam placed summer 2015, but when it was at its peak, for about 2 1/2 years, it was a leading surf report resource for the local area. With over 160,000 visitors annually, it had a true grassroots following. This strong following was accomplished with no marketing budget, only an idea, SEO tactics, social outreach, and hard work. It is now a occasional report due to the new medium of live streaming provided by SurfLine, but it is still favorited by our thousands of Instagram followers when we do post.

At The Bainbridge Companies, a multi-family apartment development and management company, my role started as a SEO, but through the years I have come to wear many hats. I oversaw 50+ websites and their performance, reviewed and responded to analytic data, created and maintained social sites, and developed and executed all PPC campaigns. These tasks are individual to each property and are handled from their infancy to disposition of the property. Oversaw the traditional marketing efforts of a small auto repair chain in Wellington, Florida. The position started as full time hourly, but Mr. Tyson decided after hire that this position would work best for him financially if it was part time. I was really looking for a full time job and was a bit disappointed in the shift after hire. I notified him and maintained my part time role until I aligned a new position.
