Paula formó parte del equipo de desarrollo de negocio internacional de Ostrichpillow en una fase en la que el proyecto creció muy rápido y con ello se presentaron nuevos desafíos. Muy orientada a lograr los objetivos que se propone, consigue que el resto del equipo confíe en sus ideas y trabajen en la misma dirección.

Desde el minuto en el que la entrevistamos sabía que valía un mundo, no fue hasta 6 meses después que se incorporó al equipo y mi intuición estaba en lo cierto. Paula es una persona de 10, es energía, dedicación y sobre todo siempre dispuesta aportar nuevas ideas, alguien que trabajo perfectamente en un equipo pero también con capacidad de trabajo individual, es decir una de esas personas con las que te gustaría poder trabajar el resto tu vida.
