Paula was the designer who created my company's rebrand. She designed a logo, website and everything in between that spoke to my personality, the services I aimed to provide and to the clients I want to work with in a way I could not have dared to hope for. What she has given me is the best first impression and with the compliments I receive with almost every enquiry we get, I know her excellent work has succeeded in every way possible. She is wonderful to work with, and incredibly talented. I hope to continue working with Paula as our designer for the foreseeable future!

My responsibilities within this role included creating, implementing and driving a series of key digital marketing and communication strategies across a range of products and services, delivering ideas from initial concept stages through to execution. I was involved in all aspects of developing brand identity – building brand awareness and reputation, through to improving customer service experience and overseeing the customer journey. I also had the opportunity to provide creative direction over a range of design briefs and offer my own services as a layout designer for several online products including the design of 'Fitter 16' www.fitter16.com. Key responsibilities and experience: - creating, implementing and managing social media strategy across a series of channels, providing reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness. - creating and implementing digital communications strategy. - providing creative input and liaising with external site developers on the creation of online products and services. - implementing key marketing plans for UK book publications as well as working alongside US publishers on marketing efforts and sales. - liaising with related brands, affiliates and media to establish reputable contacts and oversee media and PR enquiries. - sourcing and establishing partnerships with other brands on a series of campaigns, product launches, promotions and events.
