I commenced my position at Moka Pot Cafe as chef and slowly took over the role and made it my own. I helped to organise and restructure the place. I took over the rostering and released with management regarding menus, ordering, suppliers. We all worked as a team and collaborated with menus and different food options. After being there for a long period of time I was well respected and my input was extremely valuable and management appreciated all my work and guidance. While at Legals Cafe I held the position of full time chef and part owner. We transitioned Legals Cafe from into a new business. We took over Legals and commenced with a new menu, new display case with all our own homemade food. My main duties were to over see all the kitchen duties such as employing and training of all staff, menus, working with suppliers and organising all aspects of back of house.
