The UPF ESociety is a student-run organization that fosters the entrepreneurial spirit in the university. It was created to harness and enable the deep pool of entrepreneurial talents that exist in Barcelona. We aim to bring together enterprising students and help them along the process of making their passion a profitable and worthwhile business. That is, our mission is to spark the entrepreneurial spirit by inspiring, shaping and connecting students with the startup ecosystem. For that reason, our team is formed by a wide range of multi-cultural backgrounds members, being one of the biggest associations with more than 90 members. With our effort and mutual support, we are constantly improving our performances; bringing new professionals, young talented entrepreneurs, start-ups and other interesting companies. We believe that entrepreneurship is the single greatest motor of our economic progress and is one of the most personally rewarding endeavours. We hope to be part of a new generation of future entrepreneurs who maintain a spirit of an open exchange of ideas, friendly collaboration and world-class creativity.

During the month of June and July, I was working as a counselor at a YMCA camp in the United States. I had the opportunity to be in charge of 15 girls between the ages of 7 and 14 years, with whom we spent 24 hours a day together, teaching and helping them with all kinds of activities: water skiing, outdoor activities, volleyball...I have gained knowledge such as leadership and internal growth, as wising up as a worker in a foreign country.
