Funciones• Dirigir personal y realizar acompañamiento tecnico semanal a colaboradores de cultivo por medio de la construccion de curvas de desempeño.• Participar en el control y planeacion de mano de obra semanal en el cultivo de miniclavel.• Verificar el aseguramiento del manejo excelente de tallos del producto de miniclavel determinando su cumplimiento de Calidad y Cantidad en labores culturales.• Realizar ajustes en proyecciones estimadas reales semanales fundamentado en curvas de produccion de variedades de miniclavel.• Garantizar la mayor produccion de tallos de miniclavel exportables basados en estandares calidad y venta requeridos por el mercado.• Construir planos de siembra y planeacion de programa de arranque teniendo en cuenta parametros tecnicos de productividad, edad de las plantas y su mortalidad, fechas y fiestas internacionales a programar.• Controlar recursos y presupuesto requeridos por el area de produccion miniclavel planeados mensualmente.• Asegurar semanalmente recepcion de esquejes de miniclavel para siembra determinando grados de clasificación y estado fitosanitario. Logros• Mejoré en un 10% la productividad de flores/m2 vendidas en 1 año.• Implementé indicador de control de perdidas de producción en cultivo con una optimización del 15% de perdidas promedio del personal al 3% en 1 año.• Apliqué el acompañamiento estratégico al colaborador y aseguramiento de indicadores de producción promoviendo la autogestión del personal en su área de trabajo teniendo labores culturales sobre el 90%.• Aumenté el porcentaje de calidad de labor Corte del personal de 72% de cumplimiento al 92% en 1 año.

Research Assistant

Responsibilities:- Collect roots of coffee infested by Meloidogyne exigua with the objective of obtaining egg and Juvenile suspension (J2) of the pathogen to inoculate roots of coffee seedlings under investigation.- Participate in the assembly of the research design of genetic improvement of resistance to M. exigua of coffee seedlings.- Perform vegetative propagation of coffee via somatic embryogenesis.- Provide assistance to research projects of genetic improvement in coffee produced in the experimental farm of Varginha of Fundação PROCAFE.- Provide technical assistance in obtaining stakes of Mundo Novo variety coffee and rooting them.- Contribute to the investigation of Electroplastic Irrigation carried out with Mulch (black-silver) EMPP, (black-white) EMPB with free exposure, with and without irrigation identifying the most efficient method in water optimization, determining variables such as plant height, number of knots / Plagiotropic bouquet, crown diameter and productivity.- Contribute to the investigation of fungicide efficiency at different times of application for the control of rust caused by Hemileia Vastratix and cercosporiosis caused by Cercospora Coffeicola. Determined by variables of Percentage infestation subjected to statistical analysis by the SISVAR program.- Perform the evaluation of prunings as descote without buds, and descote with desbrote (12 buds / plant) determining productivity in coffee crop.

Internship

Investigated the antagonistic effect of nine plant extracts on the development of the nematode Meloidogyne exigua inoculated in coffee seedlings under mesh house conditions in response to the variables number of total gills, and the rate and efficiency of galls / gram compared to the control ( only presence of nematodes) through programming in the software R. As a result, it was proved that the use of rue extract can be an alternative control for this pathogen, being this much more favorable from the environmental point of view.
