Paula Magallanes is a Case Manager at ExpertsDirect. Prior to joining ExpertsDirect, Paula was a Service Delivery Manager for 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc.In her current role, she manages the performance and operations of the entire Manila staff by ensuring that they are given performance reviews and regular touchpoints. She manages the onboarding of new staff for the Manila office and then trains them on processes before assigning them to their respective positions.
