Worked on the Illinois Chicago to St. Louis High Speed Rail Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement. The first round scoping meetings were completed in March 2011. Almost 300 stakeholders attended meetings in Joliet, Bloomington, Springfield, Carlinville and Alton. After a year of public engagement, the Champaign County Board and property owners reached an agreement about the location of the roadway which builds a bridge over the Canadian National Railroad tracks and provides an east-west connection between Champaign and Urbana. Provided website content, newsletter copy, facilitated meetings, and wrote summary reports. www.theolympiandriveproject.com Part of Gateway Constructor's joint venture partnership that reconstructed I-64 from Spoede Road in St. Louis County to Kingshighway Boulevard in the City of St. Louis. The I-64 project was the largest in the Missouri Department of Transportation's history. From 2007-2010, helped guide and implement Gateway Constructor's public information and outreach efforts.
