As a results oriented person, Paula has what it takes to be successful. Although she has many skills and talents, she definitely excels in being a leader, professional, and team player. Under Paula's direction, we were able to successfully provide what the client requested, bring the project to an early close, and additionally find six figure savings for overpaid claims, which were not included in the orignal scope. It was a pleasure working with Paula.
