Coordinator of the S.O.A.R. Program, is a program where waitlisted students can come to SE for their trade skill technical education earning a Chapter 74 approved Vocational Degree. S.O.A.R., in it's second year that has been expand from three technical areas and under thirty students, to nine technical vocational areas and over one hundred students.

I had an amazing ride in my first-time role as an entrepreneur/restauranteur/real estate investor. Becoming an entrepreneur before the age of twenty-one proved to be an excellent decision. Evolving the first location of thirty-two seats and full-service catering four times/locations. The final location owning the real estate of a three-acre parcel and a 16,000 square foot Bldg., hosting six-hundred and forty seats, including three function rooms, a full-service restaurant, patio seating, full-service catering, cafeteria services for a seven-hundred employee corporate Bldg., vending machines, etc. Show less
