  Inspired by my own leadership experience, I co-founded of Inspiration For All to support school leaders to improve outcomes and opportunities for under-served young people. We bring together senior leaders from business and education giving them space to learn from each other to radically improve outcomes and opportunities for under-served young people. Working with a leader from another sector allows both leaders to explore relevant challenges and discover new solutions. We know that effective leaders deliver successful schools and that successful schools bring about better outcomes for students. However, leaders do not get the support or feel the motivation that would keep them in leadership roles, and that is particularly acute in schools in areas with high levels of deprivation. We are recruiting leaders from schools and businesses for the next cohorts starting in May and September 2023.
