We were both on the HR Services team providing daily HR consultation and training to other HR professionals and leaders across the County. Paula was more than a peer to me; she was a mentor. She is a true Human Resource professional who can do it all from employee/labor relations, to managing people, to recruitment, training to classification and compensation. She would always have an open-door policy and was very approachable. Paula knows her HR "stuff" and is always looking at continuous learning to further her knowledge. I miss working with Paula and would highly recommend her.
