Working at MMR for over twelve years, I worked in every area of the factory at one time or another. I worked in every production room and every bakery. In the production room, in addition to my regular job, I was trained as a back-up weight taker and a back-up wrapper operator. In these positions, I was responsible for taking weights of the pizzas and keeping them within the acceptable range, and making sure the wrapper was working properly and fixing it when it wasn't working, as well as changing the roll of wrap to another roll. In the bakery, in addition to my regular job, I was trained as back-up mixer, back-up divider operator, and back-up line lead. • 1995 - 1997

I started out as a teacher of preschool age children. Shortly after, I spent a year as the second shift Supervisor. As such, I was responsible for hiring second shift personnel, working with teachers to manage their classes, some janitorial work, making schedules, etc. After the company made the decision to do away with second shift daycare because it was not profitable, I taught the three year-old class for a year before the director felt she needed me in the school-age class. In this class I was responsible for the care of children in Kindergarten through fifth grade both before and after school. I was also responsible for transporting them to and from school. In the summer, I was responsible for transporting the class on field trips and supervising them during the trips. I also designed activities for them on the days there were not field trips.
