Large complicated projects are both my engineering specialty and project management expertise. My projects are generally steel, concrete or masonry structures. I have experience in the design of K-12, higher education, retail mixed use, healthcare and industrial projects. I maintain my professional engineer license in Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Along with my project responsibilities at Steven Schaefer Associates, I continue to mentor young engineers at our office with real projects and engineering students from a distance through Penn State’s Student Society of Architectural Engineers.
