Management of all activities related to TV and Events data production within the PA Media's Group's PA TV Metadata division, contributing to establishment and activities of departmental Process Improvement Unit and any and all other related process, performance and budgetary improvement projects. Provide the leadership and vision necessary to co-ordinate the activities of relevant production and service departments to motivate staff to deliver high levels of performance and efficiency. Manage and develop direct reporting staff Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and business performance in conjunction with the executive team Manage resources effectively so that service levels can be met and measured within defined budgets and where possible improved.
