I had the pleasure of working with Paul at Audible. He was my direct manager in CRM department. Paul is an excellent manager, always willing to learn, to teach, to help and to step up when needed. He is person driven by curiosity to get to the bottom of things and solve problems. He is also fun to work with, he takes the job seriously but he doesn't take himself too seriously, which is a great quality in a team in any company. He made every day easier to go for me. I saw him grow fast on his role, always open to feedback and ready to put it in practice.
