I met Paul in 2010 when reviewing software to track Tenant Services. I found him to be extremely knowlegable about his products and could easily handle a situation whereby various questions kept coming at him from many angles. Once he gained the sale, he ensured we were assigned to an outstanding account manager to see to our needs, then he checked in with us from time to time, even though things were going smoothly.
