Paul began his career in the medical profession in 1979 following this he worked on a wide range of specialties in the UK and overseas. Paul moved on to the equipping field where he has worked on a number of major projects across the world in varying roles from 1:50 user group discussions, equipment advisory, procurement and on site visits. These include first fix visits, installation, equipment transfer surveys and OBC cost analysis. Paul achieved an MA Masters degree in business and change management in 2000, since this time he has managed refurbishment change, decant of staff areas, patient locations, entire block areas, this included mobilization of staff, engagement of refurbishment work, overseeing completion, and re deployment of staff and patients on completion, focusing on staff efficiency and patient safety.
