As part of a strategic JV partnership with L&Q Homes, THT and L&Q Developments LLP was established to acquire and build 2,000 new homes across the North West of England between 2017 and 2022. As Head of New Business my role was to lead a team to source and prepare the land and projects, pre construction, for that to occur.
