Paul is one of the most professional sales people that I have ever had the privilege of working with. He understands that sales isn't about writing an order but building a long term relationship by consulting and adding real value. Paul asks great questions to understand your needs and then customizes his value proposition to help his customer's succeed. If his product doesn't meet your needs...he will tell you gaining unbelievable credibility. His ability to earn trust, gain confidence of his clients, and build long lasting partnerships is as good as it gets.

Paul Walters was my first supervisor when I entered the management training program at Payless Cashways and I have known him for many years both at PCI and at TAMKO. In the few years he was at TAMKO’s Epoch division, he was able to triple his distribution base including signing on the largest building materials distributor in the United States. This helped propel the decking brand from relative obscurity to one of the top five brands in the country as the stocking dealer base and subsequent sales increased exponentially. It also resulted in selling out the plant. It was at this time that I recruited him into the Waterproofing Division where he eventually received the division’s top sales award at the national sales meeting in Atlanta in 2005. On a personal note, I always appreciated his willingness to freely help and share knowledge with me when I was starting out in the industry. He is truly one of the good guys in the business.
