  Engaged on a contract basis to take charge of medium to large-scale, often high-profile construction projects, including builds, refurbishments, conversion works and demolitions. At the forefront of end-to-end construction activities, including all M&E aspects. Scope typically features drainage, fire elements (alarms, sprinkler systems), security (CCTV), access (lifts, stairs, gates, fencing), lighting and joinery. • Handpicked to manage a programme of works for M&M’s World Store (35k sq. ft.) in London’s Leicester Square, including installation of new resin flooring to 4 floors and main staircase, ceiling repairs and painting. • Sole construction manager for a +£1m project for St Charles Hospital in London (VINCI Building Solutions), incorporating internal strip out within a listed building and construct of a new specialist clinic. • Driving force behind on-target completion of a full refurbishment of 20 x lecture theatres and 2 x auditoriums within the historic Euston campus of the University of Central London - UCL on behalf of Troy Group. • Construction Manager for a warehouse project for Cubic Storage in Southampton, converting an existing building into a self-storage facility for Arambol LLP. • Took charge of the internal rip out/demolition of RMT Maritime House in Clapham for Bowden Moss reverting to its original shell for an internal fit out design survey. • Engaged as Build Manager for the construction of a new 4-storey open exhibition space and additional floor within an existing building at the Chelsea Design Centre for Wilmott Dixon. • Led a project for White Collar Factory (on behalf of Multiplex Construction); responsible for the construction of the 5 x low-rise mixed use interconnected buildings in London, all built around a new public courtyard. • Main contractor for multiple major refurbishments of the iconic M&M’s World store in London, including management of all build works, M&E and design for the world’s biggest candy wall.
