Researches new land development opportunities utilizing site evaluations and reports-Google Earth and land brokers as necessary. Directs all bidding to contracts to build any and all development sites. Approves all invoices prior to payment. Maintains schedules of all developments and coordinates timely development for home sites to be turned over to construction.
