With a small team of 4 people we are responsible of handling all Warranty related items for 37 Distributors in the European market. The daily activities mainly consist out of processing and analyzing Warranty data, Warranty cost control and reporting towards the manufacturer as well as to Distributors and internally. Furthermore I am responsible for the coordination of the Warranty Audit Program which consist out of visiting, training and auditing the 37 Distributors in our region. Next to the visits I am also responsible for organizing a bi-annual European Warranty training on an external location, whereby all markets are attending.List of key activities• Establish warranty analysis reports in order to get insight of product quality & warranty cost development, distributor & dealer performance.• Monitor and perform warranty reviews and audits at distributors and dealerships.• Create and coordinate revisions of all Warranty related publications.• Maintain and optimize supplier part and accessory regress.• Coordinate Warranty Part Return program (market and quality control).• Organize meetings, workshops and training sessions for Distributors and internally. The inventory control department is responsible for the Mitsubishi European warehouse stock maintenance. Initial stock quantities and replenishment levels are either based on forecast calculations or actual demand, whereby historical quantities and seasonality are taken into consideration. As a planner I was responsible for dedicated models as well as a range of accessories with direct contact to manufacturer and supplier.
