      This year marks the end of my 27th year of service at Liberty Hill ISD. It has been a wonderful experience and I will miss the students. When I accepted This job, I was searching for a place where my experience and talent would make a difference in children's education, as opposed to a CEO's bottom line. Back in 1984, I was hired as a "Technology Consultant" for a COOP that consisted of Liberty Hill ISD, Lago Vista ISD, Jarrell ISD, and Florence ISD. At the time they were concerned about the lack of technology in the classroom, but they weren't sure they could afford a full-time person. They needed someone to come in and advise them on how to make “Technology” available to their kids. Then in 1998, I was hired on full time as the “Technology Director for Liberty Hill ISD”. To quote my friend Jerry; "What a long strange trip its been" but its time to get truckin.
