The aim of the project was to map all of the different operations we were undertaking at our 21 ports, analyse existing monitoring formats and formalise a standard template to measure performance against customer or internal SLA's nationally.This project was completed successfully and was the precursor to many subsequent metrics evaluations now undertaken within the company.
