I currently work in the Allianz Digital Design team, which is acts like an internal Design Agency within Allianz providing UX and Front End AEM development. I provide Project Management for the AEM projects delivered by the team and consider myself to be very competent in understanding what it takes to deliver a standard website, or a website in a CMS system. In 2014 I was seconded out to a large Digital Platform program to deliver a CQ5/WAS to AEM/JBOSS migration project, which was highly challenging and complex, with a hard delivery date. This project migrated all our custom built CQ5 components into AEM with a new framework and enhanced them so they became mobile responsive by default. We also migrated 16 websites and all the content and implemented a new JBOSS hosted AEM environment. In 2013 I was responsible for the delivery of the new Mobile Responsive Allianz.co.uk website in CQ5, which was the first for Allianz and required extensive UX design and user journey testing. In 2010 I was responsible for implementing CQ5 within Allianz, this project spanned the architecture, environment, working with an supplier to deliver the first components, templates and website to things like Author training, Developer training and general communication of what benefits CQ5 would give the business and how it should fit into their web strategy.Previous other significant projects were delivery of 10 internet and intranet sites in CQ5, taking existing legacy websites, redesigning them and rebuilding them in CQ5, building new components and templates if required.
