From the first day I met Paul during the EagleView acquisition of Spookfish, I was immediately taken by his candor, approach, and intellectual horsepower. Paul has the ability to peak over the horizon and give you a glimpse of what is coming, and communicate the information in a way that is imminently digestible. On top of his professional skills, Paul is an outstanding person and a team builder who adds value regardless of the venue or audience.

Paul is an excellent coworker and manager who gets on with the job with a minimum of fuss. He is very well organized and manages very complex scheduling of production and IT operations seamlessly without bombarding senior management with pointless details unless necessary. He is also an excellent software engineer and has a wealth of experience and knowledge around complex distributed IT systems. He is well liked and respected by his team members, and I would have no hesitation putting him into any senior position in the future.
