In addition to being an excellent computer hardware technician for us over the last few years, a distinctive quality of Paul’s work is that he met and exceeded our expectations. On one occasion, while repairing and upgrading two of our computers, Paul created a brand new computer out of the used parts – in conjunction with a few extra computer parts of his own. That was a nice surprise! He is friendly and reliable - we will definitely rely on Paul’s computer expertise in the future.

Worked directly with customers as a cashier and in a busy drive-thru. Learned how to calm frustrated customers and turn a bad experience into a pleasant interaction. Was responsible for closing the store at night and leading a team in cleanup and closing duties. Also worked off-site at catering events extending the Chick-Fil-A brand outside its traditional walls.
