Paul and I have worked together for a number of years whilst he was Account Manager @ NetScout. Paul proved to have a vast knowledge of the NetScout product set, including quite technical knowledge and his knowledge of network performance monitoring and management were invaluable and impressive. Paul worked with me on a number of key implementations @ Barclays, including provisioning of a brand new DC in Singapore, setting up NetScouts to monitor all WAN and Server Access ports.
