  Manage audiovisual support for The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and its clients. Oversee all full time employees and freelance technical staff assigned to the Operations Department. Control and track inventory of all audiovisual equipment assigned to the facility. Meet with clients and end-users to discuss specific Audio and Video needs and requirements. Attend all preconference and site visit meetings. Create and update staff schedule based on client needs, budget, and convention center occupies. Maintain 100% Customer Sevice to our clients as well as the convention centers staff and sub-contractors.
